Exchange Policy

5. Exchange Options

Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, customers will be offered the following options: Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value (in case of a price difference, the customer will be refunded or required to pay the difference). Store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) to be used for future purchases on our website.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or the item is faulty/damaged upon arrival.

7. Processing Time
