Return & Exchange Eligibility

Items purchased exclusively from faanperfumes.com may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed, in their original packaging, including all accessories and promotional items.
Items purchased through third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for return or exchange via our online process.

Refund Conditions

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the order date, provided the product is unopened and in original condition.
Opened products are only eligible for refund or exchange if They have a manufacturing defect, or The wrong item was delivered
Refunds will be processed Via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for refund processing.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be processed after confirmation from the shipping company.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
If the item has a quality issue or was incorrectly shipped, FAAN Perfumes will cover the shipping charges.

Required Documentation

A valid invoice is mandatory for all returns and exchanges.
Items must be returned with Original packaging, Brand tags, Accessories, 
Returns without an invoice or incomplete items will not be accepted.
