Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed through our approved shipping partners. Customers cannot select their own courier service.
Once an order is placed successfully, you will receive Order Confirmation via email and/or SMS Includes order details, invoice amount, and order number
This confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order. A separate Shipping/Dispatch Confirmation will be sent once your order is shipped.
In some cases, our team or delivery partner may contact you to confirm delivery details.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to selected countries worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@faanperfume.com, Or using contact us page.
We only deliver to valid residential or business addresses.
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Faan Perfumes is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Timeframes

Within United Arab Emirates

Delivery: 2–3 business days
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (GST) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after cutoff, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Delivery destination, Package weight and size, Order quantity, Shipping method.
All applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment.

Proof of Delivery

Customers are advised to retain proof of delivery (signed receipt or confirmation). This may be required in case of disputes or inquiries.

Payment Confirmation
